In a law firm, a hospital, a CA practice or an HR function, the scarce resource is not effort — it is trained judgement. Yet most of a professional's week goes to finding, formatting and re-checking information that already exists somewhere in the organisation.
VedaCore exists to close that gap. We build AI systems that read your own records, answer in your own formats, cite every claim to a source, and hand the work to a human for approval. The output is not a suggestion from the internet — it is a draft built from your file.
We measure ourselves on one thing: hours of expert time returned, without a single unsourced answer reaching a client.
Our story
The problem
Senior professionals in India spend a large share of their week re-reading documents they have read before — precedent trawls, discharge summaries, GST reconciliations, CV screens. The judgement is worth a fortune. The retrieval is worth nothing.
The bet
Generic chat tools do not know the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, ICAI formats, ABDM records or Indian labour codes. They also do not know when to stay silent. We started VedaCore to build systems that are narrow, sourced and reviewable.
Today
Counsel, Care, Ledger and People share a single grounded-retrieval core with profession-specific knowledge, formats and controls layered on top — so an improvement to the core lifts all four.

How we work
Half a day with the people doing the work. We time the workflow, count the handoffs and agree what a good output looks like — in your format, not ours.
We connect a bounded slice of your own records, tune retrieval to your vocabulary, and run the workflow end to end with your reviewers in the loop.
Accuracy, escalation rate and hours returned, measured against the baseline we captured in week one. If the numbers are not there, we say so.
