VedaCore Technologies (“VedaCore”, “we”) builds AI products for law firms, healthcare providers, chartered accountants and HR teams. This page is maintained by VedaCore and explains how we handle personal data on vedacore.tech and in our products.
Website: name, work email, company, role, phone number and the message you submit through our demo form, plus basic request logs.
Products: the documents, matter records and workspace content your team uploads, and account data such as user names, emails and role assignments.
To respond to demo requests, provide and support the product, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your documents to train foundation models.
Product data is stored in Indian regions with per-customer logical isolation, encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). See our Security page for the full control set.
We use a disclosed set of infrastructure and model providers under contract. The current list and a data flow diagram are available on request at hello@vedacore.tech.
Website enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Product data is retained per the retention window configured on your workspace and is deleted on request, with written confirmation.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@vedacore.tech. We respond within 30 days.
