These terms govern your use of vedacore.tech and the VedaCore products. Enterprise deployments are additionally governed by a signed order form and data processing agreement, which prevail over these terms where they conflict.

AI outputs require professional review
VedaCore is a co-pilot, not a decision maker. Drafts, research summaries, clinical notes, filings and hiring assessments are working material that a qualified professional must review and approve before use. VedaCore does not provide legal, medical, tax or HR advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you upload, for obtaining any consents needed to process it, for keeping credentials secure, and for the access roles you assign inside your workspace.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to reverse engineer or overload the service, no uploading of content you have no right to process, and no use of outputs to impersonate a licensed professional.
Your data and IP
You retain all rights in the content you upload. We use it only to provide the service to you. We do not use it to train foundation models.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but may schedule maintenance. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date and, for customers, notified by email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VedaCore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on unreviewed AI output. Contractual liability caps are set in your order form.
